Anmol Chandwani is the founder and creative force behind Circle Design Studio. She is a driven individual with an unwavering passion for Interior Design and a vision to reach untouched heights. After having done her Bachelor's from MIT Institute of Design, Pune she entered the industry with a mindset to make a difference which led her to work with esteemed firms like Studio Lotus & Kanakia Spaces, where she started her practice. She not only brings a wealth of experience but also embodies professionalism and ethical design practices.
What truly distinguishes Anmol is her ability to envision a space and translate ideas into tangible, awe-inspiring realities with on-site execution expertise. She appreciates Architecture and modernist interiors. Ensuring that each project reaches its full potential with meticulous attention to detail, to convert the ideas into aesthetically appealing designs. Community
At Circle Design, we are on a constant lookout for means to expand our horizons and her role as a Visiting Faculty at NID has been a fulfilling avenue in itself as a little achievement. It's all about the journey of growing as a designer, with professionalism, the space to experiment and play with our inherent creativity narrows down. Teaching, on the other hand, at a place like NID lets that creativity flow. Being surrounded by young minds and a vibrant community of designers makes one connect back to the roots, opening our minds to the infinite potential of design. NID has been a channel to give back to the design community and take fresh perspectives in return. Indeed, the experience in teaching has been transformative. The courses revolve around the Adaptive reuse of spaces that hold massive importance and changing it to an interactive narrative, engaging to make it an immersive experience and 'derailing to design'.
Creating design purposefully, conveying a narrative through the space with correlation to a strong visual story. We believe experiences as such keep us relevant, in tune with young budding perspectives, and involved with the design community at the core, helping Circle Design grow as a whole. On the contrary, being associated with Sahaay, the NGO focused on the welfare of society can be a deeply rewarding experience, as it involves contributing to the betterment of communities and addressing social issues through education. Overall, teaching at an NGO requires a deep commitment to social justice, empathy for the communities being served, and a willingness to adapt to diverse and challenging environments. At Circle, this unique opportunity to be able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and contribute to positive social change is always of higher value to us.
